Japanese sources are claiming that we shouldn’t expect a launch for the iPhone 6 smartphones before September of this year. The reason why these rumors are credible is because these are the same exact Japanese sources that gave the exact announcement date for the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c in 2013. We’ve also heard separate rumors that point to separate iPhone launches where the phablet might be left until the fall and the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will be announced in June.
With some hot competition from Samsung and HTC this Spring, Apple needs to act fast if it wants to keep enough mindshare for its future iPhone launch. Let’s hope the company doesn’t disappoint.
