Samsung and the online retailing mega-giant have joined forces to create a Kindle app specifically designed for Galaxy devices.
Users will enjoy a selection of Samsung exclusive books and book deals that are only available to those who have the app. You’ll get to pick a free book every month (but the choice is limited to four new titles & selected by the folks over at Kindle.) The other features are all in-line with the standard Kindle application. A free book every month is a pretty cool incentive, however, it would have been way better to let users have a larger selection of books to choose from. It’s hard to imagine that from a choice of four titles every month, that everyone who owns a Galaxy device will get a book that they were truly interested in buying.
